A questionnaire is a predetermined set of questions used to collect data interest. The use questionnaires in biomedical sciences has been continually rising recent years, both epidemiological research and clinical work. Questionnaires are created by experts the relevant field who from literature. Using previously created, validated published saves time resources enables comparison results with those other studies which had already used.
